Another good thing would be that the said apartment could be located in the most convenient location for the senior eliminating the many trips required for errands and many other life necessities. Sounds crazy, but the unstable housing market in the US which has effects that rippled all across the world causing financial turmoil allows you to make your mortgage payments while getting a little something to pay for your rent and other essentials.
